Regarding Orders and Payments

Question 1: Is my payment information secure? We partner with a globally certified payment processor. Your payment information will be processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant security system. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers. You can find more details in our payment security policy.

Question 2: How long will it take to receive an order confirmation? After successfully submitting your order, you will usually receive a confirmation email containing order details within 1 hour. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact us.

Question 3: Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast shipping, orders will be processed as quickly as possible. If you need to modify your order, please email organize@penvaultco.com immediately with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse (usually within 24 business hours), we will do our best to adjust it for you.

Regarding Shipping and Logistics

Question 5: Where do you ship from? How long does delivery take? We ship directly from our strategic logistics centers in France and the USA to ensure fast service for our customers in Europe and the USA.

Processing Time: We strive to ship within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Q6: Do you offer worldwide shipping? Currently, we primarily serve Europe and the USA. At checkout, the system will automatically confirm whether we can deliver to your address.

Q7: How do I track my package? After shipment, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to track your package status in real time.

Regarding Returns and After-Sales Service

Q8: Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied? A: Yes. We accept returns of unused, well-packaged items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us by email before returning any items to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Q9: How long does a refund take? A: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Q10: What if I receive a damaged item? A: We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please send clear photos of the defect along with your order number to organize@penvaultco.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
