Delivery Area: We currently focus on serving key markets in Europe and the United States.

Note: At checkout, our system will automatically verify that your address is within our service area and calculate the accurate shipping costs.

Order Processing and Shipping

Warehouse Location: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our strategic logistics centers in Europe and the United States:

European Logistics Center: 10 Rue Louis Blériot, 91320 Wissous, France

US Logistics Center: 350 South Carlton Avenue, Wheaton, Illinois, 60187

Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Our Shipping Partners: To ensure reliability, we partner with world-class logistics providers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx for cross-border shipping and last-mile delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: After your package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days.

Factors Affecting Delivery: Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination (city or remote area), customs clearance procedures, and unforeseen weather conditions. You can track your package in real time using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders shipped to the EU are shipped from our French warehouse (EU customers are exempt from customs duties).

Important Notes:

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (including apartment/suite number). Penvault is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or no one to collect it, the original shipping fee will not be refunded unless the error was caused by us. Reshipment may incur a reshipping fee if you wish to have it resent.

Customer Responsibility: These fees are not included in our product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
