Returns and Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase at PenvaultCo. Please read the following policy carefully, which outlines our order cancellation and return process.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel your order at any time before the order status changes to “Shipped”.

How to Cancel: Please send an email immediately to organize@penvaultco.com, including your order number in the email subject line.

Refund: If we successfully intercept the order before shipment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment account. Please wait 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bill after processing.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Return Deadline: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Item Condition: The item must be new, unused, undamaged, and must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.

Standard Returns Process

Step 1: Authorization: Before sending any item back, you must contact Customer Service via email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Step 2: Shipping: Please mail the item, all accessories, and a note containing your RMA number to our designated fulfillment center:

Step 3: Tracking: Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Inspection: After our warehouse receives your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection.

Approval: If the item meets our return conditions, we will approve the refund.

Refund Method: The refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or e-wallet).

Refund Processing Time: We will process your refund immediately upon approval, but your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 5-10 business days to deposit the funds into your account.

Shipping Costs:

Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: The original shipping cost is refundable, but the return shipping cost is borne by the customer and complies with EU standards.

Customer Protection

Information Accuracy: You guarantee that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate. PenvaultCo. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PenvaultCo.’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the disputed item.
